URIQA email is not an emergency service, safety-reporting hotline, time-sensitive legal filing system, or operational incident center.
Sending a message does not guarantee a response, create a response-time commitment, establish an attorney-client or consulting relationship, create a service-level agreement, or modify the Terms of Use. We may request reasonable identity or account verification before discussing account-specific information.
